For Your Information:
Dye lots can vary, actual shade and color not guaranteed to match. Decreased color saturation and fading are possible over time if exposed to direct UV. Exposure to sunlight should be considered with placement of these products. It is intended with fine leather products to have certain variation in surface texture. Pattern dimension and pattern repeat CAN VARY with handmade products. Light and delicate shades need extra care, as they tend to soil more quickly. These products are intended for low traffic and should not be placed in high-traffic areas. Slight shedding is possible. Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly.

Return For Stock Items:
All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns and/or exchanges must be made within 21 days of receiving your order. Please contact a CASTELLUXE representative for an RMA number. Goods must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible to pay the return shipping fee. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will proceed with a full inspection based on the above criteria. Approved returns can be exchanged for another item or used as a credit towards future orders. No refunds will be granted. Shipping is non-refundable. There will be a Restocking fee of 20% which will be deducted from the credit amount.

Custom Orders:
Custom orders begin production immediately upon order confirmation and are produced to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. Customer will be notified when the order is complete and ready to ship. At that time, CASTELLUXE will charge the final balance with the same payment method on file.
